how do i get out of it after i started and want to go back to the main menu?

Not sure what your question is, but i'll try. To exit a game back to the DreamSNES main menu, move the analog pad to the left and hold it there for a few seconds. To exit DreamSNES back to the DreamInducer menu, there's an option on the main DreamSNES screen to Quit. That will reboot your DC.

so, theres basicly no command to just go back to the Dream Introducer menu? so, it would only work if the game is programed to reset your dc. ok, thank you.

The option 'exit dreamsnes' does bring you back to your dream inducer menu. It just does so by restarting your DC. The game has nothing to do with it, DreamSNES itself will restart your DC.
