Melty Blood

Another Fighting game currently inm development by Watanabe Productions, who makes some very nice fan games. rewritten engine from queen of hearts 2001, and better character designs, melty blood is a joint project between them and type-moon, a new software company. animation is extremely nice, rivaling some of capcoms animations.

Looks nice. Reminds me of that (now ancient) PCFX Anime Fighter.

Hmmph I really wish I wasn't stuck on dial-up. At first glance I thought it was 6MB at second glance It's 62MB >.< (I think I need glasses now)

Looks pretty nice. It kinda has a dumb name, but I won't hold that against it. Too bad I can't play that demo, though. 60 megs on dialup would take a few days.

Eh, my girlfriend has DSL. I just go over there twice a week to get what I need. Ah, what would I do without her...

dont seem to be any set requirements
watanabe studios scales their games. slower the comp the more effects get taken out and frame rate takes a small hit. though ive seen it run fin on a p2 450 geforce 2 mx. might vary for others. and that systenm might not get 60/60 frames and full effectsd.

Did anyone play One Must Fall 2097? It's this ancient PC fighting game. I got it on some shareware CD. That game rocked. Oh, and I'm downloading Melty Blood. I'll probably end up playing it tomorrow..

I love that OMF. I got it running fine on my Winxp PC. This game looks pretty good. I like 2D fighting games more then 3D ones. I might download the demo at some point.
