i finished shenmue 2 and still cant find hang on. i heard on the tape thats in the phoenix bld but where is the building? i cant remember! what qr is it in?

maybe you should be more polite. cant just come in here acting like an asshole and expecting help. people arent obligated to help you. either way, i cant help ya.
maybe you should go read over at http://www.gamefaqs.com. They've probably got the answer stored somewhere there.
