Re: Retron 5
No problem. I just can't have deep conversations on the 'net. Most of the time now I get into the Internet through a slow 3G connection on my phone.

Re: Retron 5
Well, it's come out now that the RetroN 5 steals code from and is in violation of the licenses for the following emulation projects: VBA-M, Genesis Plus GX, FCEU, and SNES9x.
Some of the authors are considering lawyering up, but who knows what will come of that.
A few days ago, Hyperkin made a page admitting they are using the code (but only after they were cauhgt) and released an update which removed all GPLv3 code that they were in violation of, but they are still in violation of licenses with some of their cores that clearly state that commercial use is prohibited.
I would strongly suggest to stay away from this product.

Re: Retron 5
The local game store finally got a whole pile of these in stock. I look at them on the shelf and am tempted every time, but knowing that they are using emulation, I'm just afraid of spending that much money on the thing and find out they have the same input lag that their Android counterparts have.
