Must have 360 titles?

Finally got that 360 I wanted. I havent really followed the xbox360 scene much. I told myself the last new console I was going to buy was the wii since I hardly play anything anymore. Well, I caved. Now I need some games. What are the must have games since launch? No specific genre, just what is great?

Eternal Sonata simply looked amazing, and Tales of Vesperia was also similar in that regard. Also both had some of the most beautiful soundtracks of any game I've ever played.
