So... I went out with this guy who's a fireman, I met his chief who has been training for some medical stuff and has been spending some time in the ER of a particular hospital. So this is a chief of a fire department, and a respected member of his community and all that. This isn't just some random story I heard from some stranger.
Anyway he told about a guy who came into the emergency room for something, anyway they needed to take his clothes off or whatever... anyway on his penis he had tatooed racing stripes up the sides. Keep in mind you can't tatoo a flaccid penis, and tatoos are painful... and then find out that he tatood a friggin' smiley face to the head!

yeah, my cheif was telling us about this call they got where a guy had hacked off his nuts. When they arrived he was calm. He was on the phone with his wife going, "yes .. yes I know but I finally did it, I have to go know the firemen are here " fucked up eh?
