strange.....
I couldnt recognize the one of the far right - Qaddafi. Why is he there when he's the new middle east darling of Bush?
and Arafat?
there should only be one and that's Bin Laden. I think by now Saddam has already been dealt with.

There are some that would argue that the 9/11 attacks were an attempt to stop terrorism - it is quite possible to commit terrorist acts in an attempt to stop other terrorist attacks.

Anyone who would argue that is stupid. If you've got half a brain, the response most countries would give to an event like 9/11 isn't hard to figure out, especially a country with the most powerful military in the world.az_bont wrote:There are some that would argue that the 9/11 attacks were an attempt to stop terrorism - it is quite possible to commit terrorist acts in an attempt to stop other terrorist attacks.

correct. bless our soldiers, but it wasn't their choice to go there. The OK Pope wrote:Yeah, because we all know terrorists send troops over to the Middle-East to eliminate terrorism.|darc| wrote:Where's the one with Bush on it?
The mindless bias in this forum is absolutely incredible.
those high up made that choice. that is darc's point. nobody wishes harm or hold ill fate towards our own men. the idealogies behind that instigated this war is like terrorism.

terrorism is in the eye of the beholder.
world war II wasnt terrorism (except for the A-Bomb)
the mere fact that bush has to repeatedly justify and defend the iraq war says something.
Churchill/Roosevelt didnt have to ''make a case'' for stopping hitler did they?

And maybe the Dresden and Tokyo bombings. But you don't hear about those as much because they used conventional weapons and therefore resulted in more conventional horrors. They also didn't end the war.world war II wasnt terrorism (except for the A-Bomb)
