Either you discs are very scratched up or the lens might be a little too dusty. Try cleaning the laser lens. And if your games are scrathced up, that is probably the cause. Dreamcast GD-Roms are VERY sensative. so take good care of them. My VF 3 has one light scratch and it does not work
