Although not as detailed, I saw on Quake Source a while back that someone converted the source code for Quake 2 to C++, I am not sure how easy it would be to convert it with that in mind, but it may help someone I guess since the dev kits Sega had were for C and C++ programs and it appears everyone ...

Max Payne
Although I don't have an Xbox yet, does anyone know if Max Payne have any multiplayer capabilities. Also, about how many hours of game play are there?

There is nothing wrong with being a fanboy as long as it doesn't constrict one's paradigm. I would say I am a Sega fan boy. I think that they made the best consoles and games, but that didn't stop me from getting an N64 or PSX after my Saturn, and it won't stop me from getting an Xbox, PS2 or GC aft...

As I sell on ebay, my recommendation is 1)if it is too good to be true, beware; 2) take a look at the feedback level next to their name. If it is in single digits, then it is a gamble. Also, click on it to see the last 6 months so you can see how many positive and negative feedbacks have been left b...

If noone bought the system here, who would want to license it? Now, if it was for the opportunity to license the rights to making the zip drive(with permission from Iomega), dreameye, and the BBA, now that is another story. Also, to publish games, that too would be sweet. Hundred Swords in english??...

Yes, the idea of a petition to bring back the Dreamcast is a rediculous idea. Does that mean I have anything bad to say about the Dreamcast? No. Last night I was having fun playing PSO. The fact of the matter is that the rest of the game playing audience simply ignored the system. I don't even think...

Sonic Blaze, the next time you feel like replying, please do so in an intelligent and refined manner. I already own all 3 Bleem! discs thank you very much. My concern is not for myself but rather those individuals who have not had the chance to enjoy these 3 great games in all of their potential. La...

My bad (consecutive post); but after doing some research, Smilebit is making the next Panzer Dragoon game. Of special note, some of the former members of Team Andromeda are in Smilebit working on the game. Although I haven't played Panzer Dragoon Saga, they should make a remake of it after they make...

I'm probably going to get an Xbox next week. It will be my second next gen. system. Although a PS2 is appealing because of its software library, the Xbox is ready to go with everything right now rather than waiting for Sony to get off of their butts with the whole Online adapter (hard drive and mode...

Nyarlathotep, excellent point. It is simply protecting one's intellectual as well as commercial property. Nintendo must be the king of rehashing old stuff with Sega close behind. Example, Enix is releasing for the PSX a collection of 3 or 4 of their Game Boy Color Dragon Warrior games as a compilati...

It is just too bad that TS didn't use one of those specialized/homebrew versions of the quake source code kind of like the difference between the 2 maps in Raptors (kind of like a before and after if you ask me). The TC of Wolfenstein 3d for Quake was something I read on the news section of 3dRealms...
