Go to the needed tools section of this site and get cdi2nero. this will automatically convert the .cdi image into a Nero image for your use

NTSC is a type of TV that America uses, which is why you should use that version

Well, the advice here is to make sure you have the latest Nero, and to make sure to get the NTSC version

Are you using a Nero IMAGE file? And are you UK or America?

The problem here is, on your ROM disc, you also need a directory called sound with a file called 'beautyis.mp2'. This can be found on the disc you burnt with the image and then copied over for your ROM disc

Hmm, I'm not sure on this, but you might want a more advanced hook-up to your TV for shaper picture AND better sound. I reccomend a SCART lead
