If you're buying something from America it is cheaper than buying the same product from the UK, if your money was GBP. As the pound is strong against the dollar now, which means you get more for your money.

lol last year I remember I was going to sell my iBook via ebay.co.uk, simply because the pound is raping the dollar and I'd make more USD, but I couldnt bring myself to doing it.... dunno if its illegal or anything... *shrugs*
