Yes I did have pants on & trousers, just found the pics to check, now back on topic:
Taking a pic with just the light from the moniter aint a good idea:
With the big light on though they turn out ok, well they would if the subject looked better anyway

Hope you've got your tickets ready for the gun show
Heh, jk. I hate real life confrontation. Don't get me wrong, I love boxing, martial arts (muay thai, jkd, bjj) and even with Ultimate Fighter fratboys and nuthuggers, I still love a good fight. But if it ain't sanctioned, it probably wasn't meant to be.
*is sick of seeing fights every weekend and would rather duke it out over NES games*

I used to shrug the 80lbs with two sets to the side, and two slightly to the front (kind of so they're handing). Two sets of 10 to the side, and two to the front... nothing else. And just once a week with shoulders.
I dropped down to the 60lbs until I brought my medial deltoids up a bit, creating that dramatic taper down to your waist. I didn't want it to look like I had roid traps and no shoulders. Sloping shoulders = ghey. Balanced symmetry = key.
Right now I'm doing an insane bulk (for me) and hitting them with three sets of 10 with the 100lb dbs, no straps. Two to the side and one to the front. They're getting pretty insane again. Plus my shoulders are balanced enough that I could grow my traps all the way to my ears and it'll still look proportioned lol Happy lifting
