I've heard of them before, but I haven't actually done business with them.

Seems that site has a really weird order process. No real checkout. Just sorta like, tell them what you want and send credit info... good reviews or not, thats sketchy

Yeah it is sketchy. However they never overcharged me and sent my stuff right away and in the way I asked for it. The import prices are high, it's to be expected and their customer service is very hard to deal with. They don't speak english all that well.

The reason their process is like that is (after a lenghty discussion with a customer rep.. which is hard to get) they are really a BULK reseller. They are used to dealing with customers who buy hundreds of items at a time.
