I hit a dog and now I've got a dent in my car
Tonight I was coming home from my girlfriend's, and...I hit a dog. Now I have a friggin' dent in the right-front of my car. I've got full insurance coverage...so...do you think they'll take care of that? Oh...and...the dog is dead...if you're wondering. So...wha'da ya think? Will insurance cover it...or am I SOL?

Dude, to be honest, I dont know. With a dent that big, you either need a huge carcas to prove it was a huge dog, or they might not fix it because you had to be going fast as hell for a normal dog to make a dent that big. They might start asking if you were speeding or crap like that, and maybe try to say it was your own fault because you were speeding. Im no lawyer, but insurance companies will do anything not to pay for the claims they recieve.
Shut that cunts mouth before I come over there and fuck start her head

I suggest fixing it yourself not through the insurance company.Vlad Tepes wrote:Tonight I was coming home from my girlfriend's, and...I hit a dog. Why? Its not worth getting your premium up and affecting your no-claims.

Well, I wasn't speeding. I was going about 45MPH and the limit was 55. That front panel is made out of fiberglass or some kind of plastic. Either way, it's not the most robust of materials. That's why the dent is so big. I called the police and they came out to do a report. The officer was really cool. He told me that my insurance will cover it. I would fix it myself, but those damages are probably gonna cost around $1000. And yep...it's a Camaro Z28.arrowhead wrote:Dude, to be honest, I dont know.
