I was using the nero demo for just about everything. but my demo ran out. so I redownloaded it. but it still tells me my demo ran out. How do I get around this? Is there any other ways to burn roms and gyp player?
any info would be nice. thanx

the demo's trial period is hard wired into our system so re-downloading and re-installing Nero won't work. One obvious way to get around this is to go buy Nero - it's boxed up at Best Buy right now. Another way would be to go get another piece of burning software. CDRWIN does most of the selfboot stuff from this site (not Nero or DiscJuggler images) and its trial stipulation is a 1X recording speed. It sucks but it's free. Another piece of software is DiscJuggler - also trial software locked in at 1X speed.

If you're looking for an illegal way to uncripple the demo, don't do so here.

you can burn mpeg's with any burning software.

I think the best idea for you is to go out and buy nero as it is simple to use and you obviosly dont know to much about burning or emulation.

(By the way dont try asking for a serial or crack or anything else illegal here)

u can still use nero.. just uninstall it and then go into the registry and delete the key entries it has inputted that way itll be like u never installed it..

How about buying nero? Don't try to get it to work again. Buy nero and support the fine piece of software that it is.

I only suggested setting the clock back.. I installed nero near the end of the month and i wanted to see what nero could really do before i poured out 50 bucks to buy it, but i did buy it though.

No its not, i installed the trial on August 28th, and it expired august 31, what good would that do me? thats not enough time to see what nero can really do, so i stretched it for a week or two, was satisfied, then bought it.

Something is wrong with your PC, because it gives you thirty days. Either way, it's warez if you "stretch it" and warez is not allowed, obviously.

I'd agree... this is too warez.

If he messes up deleteing things in hes registry he could seriously mess up his comp too.

Changing your date could mess up a few things too...

i know this, my dad knows a shitload about laws, and in the UK, this method aint illeagle.

there are other methods of extending trial, but they are ALL definitely warez
