Yeah, I saw it a while back. Shame he never got to film the Israeli kid, that would have made for some pretty hard contrasts...
In the end it just left me feeling empty.

Oh, also, i know you can have both processors on one radiator, but like... ugh i really dont like the idea of passing hot water over one of them =P. The temperature difference of water before and after a waterblock is usually very minimal, sometimes only by a degree or two, since the water is only ...

Thanks for the reply I know they used to make DCs with liquid cooling, but I don't think either of theirs are equipped. Those were heatpipes. They move the heat from the chips to a metal fan housing where the plastic one now resides, and acts as a sort of radiator. I say sort of because it didn't d...

It's starting to sound more like a failing power supply to me. Sounds like whenever it tries to spin up the drive, it's not getting the juice and cuts out completely. I think you already mentioned resetting the pins, etc, so take a look at the power supply board and look for any bulging capacitors. ...

Re: My pimped out xbox
Well I finally finished in the visual department on my xbox, except for the jewel because still trying to figure out what I want to do there. You could strip away the green paint/foil/whatever on the underside of the jewel and either leave it clear, or repaint it another color. Maybe even cutting a...

I took a little bit of thin metal (actually one of those punch out PCI slot covers, I think), then cut it down to a tapered thin width. Then bent it to a Y shape. Erm... / ==< \ With one side 'crimped' like a U. I hope that made sense..;) Made a useful little tool, but it didn't last long. By the ti...

Re: How to build a flashlight PC.
This guide will explain how you can convert your plain ole' PC, into a flashlight. First, you need to get your hands on a computer system that is behaving odd, and needs some tinkerings to get it up to speed. Crack that baby open, and have a look around. If you see no visual defects, it's time to t...

Re: Can't find these programs can anyone help?
I'm trying to burn SNES ROMS for my DC but I can't find some programs I want to try. I'm not a tech genius so I found 2 programs that seem simple to use. Does any one know where I can get them? (1) Krypt's roms list creator (a working link to download, ALL links so far were dead) (2 ) DCFactory v0....

Didn't I just mention the Humus tweak in the other Doom3 thread a few days ago? Hummus' tweak. Make sure to read everything first, there's several versions posted, yes the quote above being the VERY first one posted that was slower and glitchy as hell. You just get a new file to put in your base dir...

Re: is dreamSNES 9.7 much slower than 9.8, or famicast 2?
topic ... i'm kind of sick of pumpkins, and no mario RPG :D if by some miracle there's no speed change, i'm about ready to go back. You'd have to go WAAAY back to 0.9.4 for fully working Super Mario RPG. And that version was before a good number of speedups, so it'll be significantly slower than th...
