Yo, I think that speed is also being improperly hindered by an improper macro of SDL_HWSURFACE. It is just macroed to 0 and being passed of as a parameter to the initialization of video function. I thought that it was 1(in hex 0x00000001). Also, try using the kos implementation of SDL and include th...

Is it just me, or is SDL_HWSURFACE improperly macroed? I see that the flag exists when initiating the screen, but I thought that the value of SDL_HWSURFACE should be implemented in SDL, not dummied out[as is seen in the source]. That should be handling all memory transfers for polygons using Video R...

Actually, the open gl ones contain TONS of ASM x86 optimizations. The author Pete told me it would be useless to use that code. He said that a line by line rewrite using only PVR would do the trick though. Or we could use the open gl implementation and use the open source plugins available, and try ...

Reaper: It doesn't use display list properly in the SofGPU. There are two routes to increase speed: 1. Use display lists properly with transfers of textures and polygon rendering using PVR. SDL does not give great speed at all[for emulation]. It just makes it easier for porting apps written in SDL. ...

Umm.. there aare a couple of things:

1. You did a quick save state and have resetted your dreamcast.
2. You turned off your DC before the save would finish. For saving, remember to also exit the game so that it can write back to the Memcard for your saves.

Well, technically, the blue shift originated from Dreamcast, so since they are selling blue shift, then no giveaway for the DC version(since that's what it really in essence is all about)

Ok. THere are three issues which are possible (I have encountered all three). 1. Your Cable from the mainboard to the GD-ROM unit is damaged. 2. Your GD-ROM sensor unit (the one to check it is closed) is messed up. 3. Your laser is dirty. If its #1, but a Dreamcast, swap the insides, and return the ...

I think Tyson still has a chance. He has improved severely since the last Lewis fight. He has changed. You should have seen him in his training and his last fight. If even 1 punch like the ones he landed in the last fight he landed lands on Lewis, I know Lewis will fall down.

You know what I want to happen? First Lennox Lewis should get the beating that he was going to get from Vitali. 2nd - the beating he will get from Tyson if he doesn't shape up. Man, from the Lewis fight to his current shape, he has improved by 3 folds(im not kidding, look at any of his latest traini...

It's funny. I have not seen anyone else (other than me) speaking about other faiths other than Christianity or "Atheism." People should also read about Buddhism and Dauism and Islam(Most of the Judaic practices and rituals and items in their religious text can be found in the Old Testament).

Narc. I agree with what you said about the parts of the Bible maybe being fabricated. You know why? Because they are. They were not transcribed on the spot and actually the Quran talks about this. How people made religions such as Christianity and Judaism to fit to their needs. For example, wine dri...

The sales are good considering Dreamcast console sale wise is out of production. However, I beleive due to the lack of sales, they(SNK/Playmore) will prolly move on to Xbox or PS2.

He stopped devving for dreamcast (altogther) for a while, but he did have GBA emu that was canned cause he figured that too many people would use it to pirate/ play pirate GBA commercial ROMS. I personally think that the GBA homebrew scene is also picking up. Lots of fun non-commercial ROMS are avai...
