A) I don't have an iron.
B) I'm young and have no money.
C) I'm new to modding internals of my DC.

Answer why the hell I'm thinking like I am??? Geez.

Ive had my DC for 2 years, I can play for 4 hours and never have heat problems, your DC must be wrapped in a blanket. XD Your DC. Not his. It's easy to install a DC fan... Take a blade and a lighter then heat the blade slice off the part of the DC's shell where you want the fan to be at then power ...

So if I do strip them what do I use to put them inbetween the pins and the PSU? Maybe a male crimp connector? (Or is it a female?) Or will a paper clip hold up temp. so I can test?

Sorry i meant R1 :D

I read that twisting it is bad. If a surge or something happens it will go right through and bust the Motherboard.

Okay. Another question. I don't feel like stripping the wires (cuz I suck at that), so I stuck a paper clip through each hole and taped it there. I was gonna stick the paper clip into the pins oin the PSU, but would the paper clip heat up/break something?

F1 Blew Dang it!

Ok. I read all the threads about the F1, but I still don't know what to buy. I have a second DC, but the one that blew is all spiffy with paint job. The other one is cool with a lot of internal mods. What do I buy? Would http://www.allelectronics.com/cgi-bin/category.cgi?category=170&item=SC-0.5...

Dreamcast: Fan mod... How would I do this...

FYI I'm a COMPLETE newb. I've read all the tuts, but this is my first electrical part. I recently gutted my DC and painted it. I have taken it apart over 10 times to look and stuff. My old computer fried and I took the DC12V CPU fan from it. It has three wires: red, black, and yellow. I'm smart enou...
