Good ol' Tempest X for the PSX. I had it once, and remembered having a lot of fun with it. Strange though, I seem to remember the Saturn version being better. Nah, the Atari Jaguar versionof Tempest is as close to the arcade as you can get without shellin gout the big bucks....plus, the multi-playe...

Warez helps sell consoles. When you became able to softmod a xbox the sales of the systems went up

But since most box users are mddding their console to dl games, won't that eventually hurt them in sales???

There are some good points made; I agree that the one year exclusive of Street Fighter 2 on snes really did sell some units. But, I disagree on a couple points about the gen being faster than the snes, and that the Mortal Kombat version played better than the snes one. The only thing good about the ...

SNES vs. Sega Genesis....

Which had better games by genre, and which did you have? For me, since I am a Nintendo fan, I naturally had the snes. IMo, it had the best rpgs: Chrono Trigger, which I still play; Earthbound; and Secret of Evermore. In addition, it had the best mult-format games, MK2, Street Figher, etc. As well as...

Banjo Kazooie's rights are owned by Rare, so they can make a sequel. And Nintendo owns DK, so they can make a sequel as well. Rare sure has lost their touch with games since the glory that was Donkey Kong Country, Perfect Dark, Killer Instinct, and my fav, GoldenEye...... Now, they are cranking out...

Banjo Kazooie. W/ ways to access those damned ice keys this time, please.

Donkey Kong Country. Make a good 3D game out of it, not a collect-a-thon.

How can Nintendo make sequels of them? Didn't Rare help them with those games?

Regardless, I hope that Nintendo has learned from their mistakes with the gamecube, and taps into the on-line market..... I also hope that they can recoincile with some of the third party publishers that they are rumored to be feuding with....As Sega found out with the Master System, you can have po...

The only thing that I have heard is a quote fromthe new vp of marketing saying that controllers have been teathered to consoles for twenty years, and that Nintendo will once again revolutionize the gaming industry. This was a quote that I read in an old issue of Game Informer....
