You couldn't find any because Sonic Adventure 2 was verified from internal dumps (ackmed and darcagn).

In any case, those dumps were both from ringcode *3S* 51117. So your dump is from a hitherto unknown ringcode. Expectedly it has different audio tracks and remains unverified for now. Filename of the existing dump in dats has been changed to reflect the newly acquired knowledge. Thank you for your help!
