Dual screen slowdown?

Post by hearld500 »

I've been running Windows 7 since the beta came out, absolutly love it so far...
I just picked up a second screen, works great, but theres a huge slowdown. Booting is slower, opening applications is much slower, the system is just overall significantly slower.

Any thoughs on this? Thanks.

Should be...it's a 1900xtx.

Right now I switched over from the WDM beta drivers that automatically were installed to the vista ones because CS4 wasn't able to use the GPU acceleration.

Any suggestions besides using the vista ones?
