Body spray recommendations?

Post by AgentGreen »

Okay so I'm in need of something that'll keep me fresh smelling when showering immediately isn't an option but problem is most body sprays are overpowering and made for high schoolers and dumb college freshmen.

I need something with a subtle scent that doesn't make a fog of chemical piss and car air fresheners like Axe (Lynx to those across the pond), Tag, or the Old Spice body spray line.

Just use a roll-on antiperspirant in all the places smell tends to come from.

Sometimes the stink doesn't come from the stinkables, which I manage fine with my deodorant and some body powder. Even just a sweaty back or something can make stinkiness!

They're all pretty much obnoxious. You could always go for something like this one by Acca Kappa. I've never used it, but their stuff is usually pretty good.

Hmm... might check it out. Kinda on the expensive side though, was hoping for something one can buy at a supermarket

Here's a tip: put a pinch of sage in your boots and all day long a spicy scent is your reward.

I actually laughed at that, I feel like I should be ashamed of myself somehow

Aparently Mitchum is supposed to be very good

I don't know that there is a decent retail spray. I used to use the black Tag, but after a while even that started to annoy me. Right Guard used to have an unscented one, but their cans are huge, and I think it would be difficult to carry one around all day unless you have a bag.

I don't think any of that stuff works. It always just smells like whatever you sprayed on your body with something awful. If you're someone that sweats pretty easily or often all you can do is shower everyday and put on some deodorant.

Well, it is expected that you will wash your body at least every day

For your information, I am a daily showerer.

But see I'm also a professional wrestler in training and I was told by a wrestler that the backroom will inevitably smell like swampass and a body spray of some kind will reduce that stink on your own person after your match because you're often not allowed to leave until the ring is packed up and ready to go. And as a profuse sweater, I know I'll leave an ass-stink but I don't want an obnoxious spray because I think that's just as bad.

This place makes some damn good fragrance products. With more fragrances then you know what to do with!

Well I guess using those would only make me smell like car fresheners rather than those and chemical piss like what I would get from using Axe
