OK, I've been trying for the past few hours to make DreamSNES work. I've finally gotten the program to work on the Win2K operating system. Not to difficult. But what has been driving me bonkers is that the program doesn't recognize any of my CD-ROM drives. None of them. I have the ASPI Layer Fix running, and that is no longer a problem. But when I click on the drop down list under "Burner Selection" in the "Basic Setup" tab, I only have 2 options:
1. Generic CD-ROM drive (Which obviously doesn't work)
And
2. NERO Image File
So, why doesn't the program recognize my other 2 CD Burners, and how can I fix that?
Note:
My computer recognizes the Burners, but the program itself doesn't seem to be able to "see" them.
Thanks for reading, and if anyone has got a solution, I can use it. Thanks!

As for ASPI problems I would recommend FrogASPI: http://www.frogaspi.org/
...but I am not sure I understand... Which burning app are you using ?

Nevermind. I finally got it working, and it runs beautifully. Is there any way to make the games themselves to run any faster? I've turned off the sound and turned off the transparency effects, which made them run much faster, but a few of the larger games (IE Harvest Moon) are still sketchy. Playable, but a little annoying.

Other than turning off the optional settings there are no other ways to improve speed that I know of. I think running the Pal version will boost the speed too.
