Zelda Classic: Portable?

I've got another question regarding porting questions for the Dreamcast. This time, I'm inquiring if infact the Windows program Zelda Classic can be ported to the Dreamcast. For those of you who don't know, ZC is a Legend of Zelda Clone, in which the Players can create their own quests. I've know about this program for at least 7 years. I'm curious to see if it is at all portable...

The source isn't available from what I can see.
