This part cracks me up, and I want to know where/how I can get one of those things... but I don't know what it is!

Mr Oizo, the handpuppet character that featured in a really naff eurodance/pop song from 1999. It's not really funny really, just more cringe-inducing like all the best bits of The Office

That song/thing was also featured in a Levis jeans commercial at the time, where the monkey was rocking out in the car.
Like any artist featured in Levis jeans commercials, not much was heard of Mr Oizo ever since. Anyone remember Stiltskin, Babylon Zoo, Smoke City, etc? Their advertising acency must really have a talent for spotting one-hit-wonders :)

Mr Oizo was the name of the artist. The puppet's name was "Flat Eric". 8-)

I want a Flat Eric doll just to make this joke.

If somebody laughs at the joke, then they are friend worthy... if not, then they are scum.
