testing homebrew

is it possible to test the game on the emulator ? and if it does work on the emulator, will it work on the DC ?

Its possible, certainly. Remember, however, that no emulator is perfect, and just because a program runs on an emulator doesn't mean that it'll run on a real system.

You would have much better luck testing a game on real hardware with something like a coder's cable, but if you really want to test on an emulator, make sure you test your final results on a real system before you release them.

Yes. Not all the time. I encountered something that only worked for nullDC but did not work on the Dreamcast. It was only one time though..

EDIT: Nvm I found something else that doesnt work
