Utopia Reflection

Just wondering if anyone knows how to achieve the "chrome reflection effect"
in the reindeer from the utopia boot cd? Can anybody point me in the right direction? I can load 3D models but am unaware of how to "map" this effect on the models UV's

Also the reflection from the BoR remix cd title screen "water reflection effect" is pretty awesome too just wondering if anybody knows where to start studying 8-)
