i wouldnt buy it, unless its a pressed copy and those are SUPER Rare and very expensive imo.
you may find it somewhere if you really want to try it.

Not that it isn't worth it, it is just it goes for crazy amounts since there were very few betas (or whatever it was) pressed.

Let's see, there are maybe one or three original beta GD-ROMs (maybe a few more sent to press for reviews/features)... so yes.
Even if you find it on ebay you'd likely bid on the leaked version ('Half Life Gold') pressed on GDR by someone at home ...to sell it at ebay.

You can find the copies like christuserloser said but they are made with the GD burning kits and go for around 350 to 500.

Punkrocker, you do understand Half-Life for Dreamcast was never officially released right? You could either buy the beta which is not only unlikely but also extremely expensive. Or like Thomas said, in theory you could download it. But honestly, I wouldn't encourage either. The first option is impractical and the second is illegal.
