Wii Classic Controller Question

Does anyone have this? I just bought this controller today, and it is totally amazing and one of the best controllers I've ever used. However, I was curious about the back. There is a button on the top of the controller that seems to control what appears to be a latching mechanism on the back of the controller, meaning that something probably attaches to the controller itself. So...what is suppose to attach to it? I looked on the box, but didn't see anything that made mention of it. Any ideas?

i noticed that as well and have no idea what its for. probably some later accessory. i agree with you though its probably the best controller i've ever seen.

I do like the controller as well, and I thought it would be smart for them to maybe have the other controller click onto the back, but I am not sure.
