The ways I have tried to burn the disk are:
1. I downloaded a file called dreamsnes-0.9.8-nero.zip from [url]http://www.dcemulation.org/dcemu-dreamsnes.htm[url] and used Nero Buring ROM 6 SE to burn the disk with a write speed of 16x(2400 KB/s) with power burn disabled. It burnt fine and I inserted it into the DC and got the menu.
2. I figured it was a bad burn so I repeted the previous process but with 48x (7200 KB/s) speed and power burn inabled.
3. I thought I had the speed to high (didn't change it from the defult like the first) so I repeted the process but with 8x (1200 KB/s) speed and power burn disabled.
4. I decided to use a diffrent approach and used DreamCast Factory to make the image file. I downloaded dreamsnes-0.9.8.zip from the same site as above and followed instructions (note I DID NOT unzip anything because DreamCast Factory said in the instructions either ziped or unziped and said it was unzipping things) and burnt the image with Nero Buring ROM 6 SE at a speed of 8x (1200 KB/s) speed and with power burn disabled.
I also notice that as I sit here and have left the most recent disk (number 4) in the DC it turns off and then on without the power light going off. It is like it is reseting itself, it plays the DreamCast logo screen and then resets, after sevrial times it just stayed off with the powerlight on for a bit (when i open the disk it is spinning during one of theese "resets")
