rvd came to the ring and challenged john cena for the title at ecw one night stand after rvd was screwed out of the inercontinental title just because he used the championship belt as a weapon on shelton so he lost by dq.
rvd was pissed later in the show after cena had a match he walked to the ring to make the challenge

A reliable source has informed us that JAPW Tag Team The SAT, Jose and Joel Maximo have been signed to ECW Contracts. They are the first independent tag team to be signed to the new promotion. They have a booking with JAPW in a "Loser Leaves JAPW" Cage match against the Outcast Killaz on June 17th. wwe.com made it official ecw will be live on scifi unfortunate it will be filmed at smackdown tapings on tuesdays for now i hope that dont last long because thius will kill ecw in the long run , sort run i can deal with it.
also ecw goes on tour the first dates for the summer tour announced dammit i am going to have to drive to texas

STAMFORD, Conn., May 31, 2006 ? World Wrestling Entertainment today released the dates for its first ECW live event tour, following the announcement that it is officially launching an ECW brand and that a live ECW summer television series will be on the SCI FI Channel.
Tickets for all events June through August go on sale June 17, unless otherwise noted.
Following the sold-out ?ECW: One Night Stand? pay-per-view event in New York City at the Hammerstein Ballroom on June 11, the ECW live event tour kicks off with a performance broadcast live on SCI FI Channel on Tuesday, June 13, from the Sovereign Bank Arena in Trenton, N. J., following the taping of ?Friday Night SmackDown?.? Tickets for the event in Trenton are currently on sale

During last nights Smackdown taping in Portland, Oregon, a video feature announced that WWE World champion Rey Mysterio will step in to the ring with former ECW World Champion Sabu at the ECW One Night Stand PPV on June 11.
Surprisingly enough, this will be the first singles match between the two superstars. They have previously faced each other in a tag match during an international tour promoted by John Arezzi in 1993, however are yet to face each other one on one.
I have mixed feelings about both Cena and Angle 'going' to ecw. For one, the match that cena will have against rvd is sure to be a classic, and I defo think that Angle will fit in well with the other 'crazy' wrestlers at ecw.
I'm going to be watching one night stand, and once again, am gald that ecw is back. Although the 'new vision' that heyman was talking about makes it sound like it will be watered down compared to the old ecw, but I'm not complaining.
actually heymans new vision sounds like they will incorporate heymans original new vision of what ecw was going to be like had it survived
when angle originally was going to sign with ecw after the olympics he was going to be like taz ecw was going t build on an mma style and over the past couple of years heymans been talking about his hardcore mma idea angle is obviosuly a good choice for it now
oh and the scifi channel is forcing them to include scifi elements into it
so rumor is they will have a vampire gimick
so maybe the vampire warrior will return to ecw ( in wwe he was known as gangrel his wife is luna vachon who also was in ecw)
