Would this power adapter be safe to use with a NES?

I have one, made by Naki, that has three plugs, one each for Genesis, NES, and SNES. Awesome product, if you have all three (and can find it).
It's "Item #55728, Model JOD-48U-06" if that helps.
This ebay listing is so poorly titled that you'll probably get it cheap if you try

EDIT: This might get you started on finding a 3-in-1

Um yeah that is right. Im staring at an original NES power adapter, and I am reading it. Ill lay out the whole thing:DeAthWaGer wrote:um, no that's not right. It's 9v DC. No gaming electronics on this planet run on AC. Unless you count dishwashers, dryers, and refridgerators as gaming electronics...
Nintendo AC adapter
Model number.: NES-002
Input AC120V 60Hz 17W
Output AC9V 1.3A
Power Supply for use with
Video Game NES-001
Only
So, to sum up, the plug, and the system call for 9V AC. Now it is true you can use DC because I have done it with a 9 volt battery, but it does indeed call for 9V of AC power.
Shut that cunts mouth before I come over there and fuck start her head

NO SMALL ELECTRONICS USE ALTERNATING CURRENT.
It is a misprint. AC adaptors convert ALTERNATING current into DIRECT current, which has POLARITY. Alternating current has no polarity. If there was no polarity, the tip wouldn't matter.

Some stuff uses an AC input in order to get positive/negative voltage for amplifiers.NO SMALL ELECTRONICS USE ALTERNATING CURRENT.

Really? It doesn't for me. I know because I've plugged it in by accident. The tip fits and it turns on, but it won't work.SuperMegatron wrote:the genesis one power supply works
