What other systems would you like to see Mega Sales for?

Post by Nick »

Topic at hand, post what you'd like to see. I got another person on board now, so I can branch out. Tell me what you want, I'll scope it, and if it's good, expect to see some goodness from it.

I was personally thinking SNES, Saturn etc., but it really depends on what you guys are interested in, since you're my market. I'm flexible, and hell, like all games. So as long as I can get stuff for it, you get goodness.

That's in addition to the Dreamcast lovin' I'll be bringing along shortly, since I got that cleared away. :)

I'd also like to see some TG-16/pce stuff; import stuff more since I only have a Pc engine gt. Wish I still had my duo, and also wish that it had been more successful than it was, as it was most of the cd games including the snk games were done well.

Saturn, yes. 32x/Sega CD definately a possibility. I'm not sure about Genesis, games fluctuate in price an insane amount. Will check it out to see if my somewhat limited exposure proves to be true or just a pocket type affair. PC-Engine, that's interesting, I know ABSOLUTELY ZIP about it, so I'll have to look into it. I'm not sure how many good lots pass through eBay, but I'll be sure to check it out.

Keep the suggestions coming and I'll see to them. :)

PC-Engine/Turbo Grafx/Turbo Duo/Super CD stuff is limited to about 1,000 items (if that) total on eBay, which makes it easier to sort through. Looks like it's a possibility, but you guys should know beforehand that it'll be expensive. The games command pretty high prices, a lot of them are hard to find, etc.

So yeah. More interested in Turbo Grafx games or PC Engine Games? Or maybe even the CD ones?

And keep the suggestions coming.

Neo Geo Pocket Color.

I know it it sounds weird, but I actually bought one of them, and I love it.

I'd kill for an NGPC<->DC cord.

After checking it out, there's probably not going to be a Neo-Geo Pocket/Color sale. Most of the games are only worth $2-$3, so the profit margins aren't there. Plus, there aren't that many lots of stuff to be had, so it's slim pickings. :(

Personally, I'd like to see some snes and N64 stuff since I just got back into the latter.

btw, does anyone have a working snes console that I could buy before I go looking on ebay? Don't care which version, but must be complete w/hookups; pm me so as to not sabotage nick's thread......or maybe I should start another thread....

i got lucky today. I was at a flea market and got a n64, 2 controllers, expansion pack, goldeneye, PD, zelda:MM all for $25.

Not to shabby. Especially since I never got to playing the second zelda game.

Only problem now if finding time to play farcry on xbox, Headhunter/shenmue disc 3/sonic 2/MvC2 along with the n64.

Life can be hard sometimes..... :D

Alright fellas, here's what's going down.

Sega CD -- Lock
Dreamcast -- Lock
Neo Geo Pocket -- No
32x/Genesis -- Partially/Future Potential Lock
Saturn -- Future/Potential Lock
PC Engine -- No
Gamecube -- Near future

Oh, and I already have 62 odd games, 2 systems, tons of accessories, and more on the way.

Why no n64 stuff?
Is the guy who gave me three n64 correct when he stated that there isn't a market/interest in them?

N64 is beyond our scope at this time. To get into the N64/SNES markets, you need a lot of money. And also a lot of time. If we're turning stuff over well, and things are going good, you can expect to see N64 stuff pop in eventually.

Nick,

From a guy that has spent way too much of his time doing what you're planning on embarking on...

Good luck ;)

Any questions, feel free to PM me. I might not get back right away (my to do list always hovers at about 40 things that I need to get done NOW... seriously :( ) but I should get back to you on stuff if you want :)
