wav2bor wont work

I did what this said but it wont work.

I got a wav file put it in the wav2bor folder then made a convert.bat
Put wav2bor.exe [wav-file] [bor-file] in the bat ran it and it just pops up and go's back down i dont understand it. What am i doing wrong?

I imed you back about how to smack the problem. the thing is...don't run it from the wav2bor folder...at least that's what i have to do but yeah. also check your bit rate but i said all of that in your im. I hope it helps.
