Wasted PSP Potential

Looking at my PSP screen today, I had a realization. Somebody really needs to make some solid vertical shooters for the PSP, either commercial or homebrew (when the scene finally picks up). I mean, look at how perfect that screen is for such a game:

It's almost more comfortable to hold it on it's side than it is normally. Here's hoping that someone else figures this out.

I've been using mine on its side to read comics. It does feel better.

well hudson are (re)making Star Soldier for the PSP.

there's also Sengoku Cannon by Psikyo but that's a horizontal shooter.

You don't have to be a Photoshop god to make that pic. Remember, it has a builtin image viewer AND with the web browser hack using Wipeout XL you can display images too. No magic.

Actually, I just stretched a Ikaruga picture to the PSP's resolution, then just dumped it onto the Memory Stick. So, your right, no magic.
