I'd believe it's real. The controller is the same as all the other leaked images of the control -- and the same as the one released at Our Colony, along with the top with the harddrive.

It matches perfectly with the images leaked last month. So I'd say it's legit.

looks like a dell optiplex work station, and thats not a good thing

ive seen this model before, just when i looked at this pic it hit me that it looked like this old optiplex i had lying around a while back

personally i like the original xbox better, it could have used a bit more pollish, but i think it looks kind of sleek and very bussiness like under my tv

i sure as hell hope MS doesnt plan to switch over 100% to the whole white thing, i prefer my consoles black

I don't think the system looks all that bad. I have definately seen worse. I think it's just because it's a Microsoft system that people feel the need to bash it. Still, despite the console look, the controller does look pretty cheap.

I'll happily take the black-and-green slab of the original xbox over this thing. :/
Even though MS are using the faddish pearl-white of a modern piece of Apple kit, rumours state that this aspect'll be customisable so I'm not bothered. I'm more concerned about the shape. Yet another unstackable console?

I dunno, the more I see it the less I like it. Somethign about the white bugs me, but I like the new shape. Hopefully MS still puts out those custom skins/cases or whatever I heard about, as this is the next gen system i'll most likely get, albeit not rigth away.

I have seen pictures on other game forums where it was green!

Any confirmed details about whether or not the new x-box will be backwards compatible?
