Porting Ideas forum now open

The Porting Ideas forum is now open to all DCEmu visitors. This forum was created for a couple of reasons, one was because it's obvious that a lot of people enjoy talking about the possibilities of certain emulators etc, being ported to the DC & reason two was to clean up the DC Emulation & Homebrew Games & the Programming Discussion forums, which have become overrun with porting requests in recent times. Porting requests are now prohibited in the DC Emulation & Homebrew Games & the Programming Discussion forums.

Please read the Porting FAQ found in that forum (it's the same as the one in this forum) before posting a topic, all stupid posts ("How about a Dead Or Alive 3/Halo/RTCW Port?" & similar kinds of things) will be closed.

Lastly, do not take the forum too seriously, in all likelihood nothing mentioned in their will be ported, but if you do like talking about what can & can't be ported to the DC you should be able to have some fun in the Porting Ideas forum.

Looks like a cool forum.... provided people don't go crazy on it and ask for everything under the sun

An idea would be to put a moderated sticky saying what has been discussed and weather it's portable/possible hopefully that people read it and repeat the same things over and over

DirtySanchez will be modding the forum fairly strictly, so strictly in fact that if anybody behaves badly in there he'll go around to their house & give them a real dirty Sanchez...

hey hows you ppl iam the dude that moded the atari800xl to play atari5200 roms now on to my idea should be not to hard to port this to dc
ive started working on it very basic bits done only and it will not work on the dc since i have no coders cable its allmost noy worth the wasted cds but by using a demo menu i can put like 50 bin files and try it but its a lot of piss farting around any help from you ppl on gui menu for it would be helpfull any way nothing is working so far but i might get there doubt it lol

i have a idea for porting FrodoV4_1b.Src
