In what way would you get Neo4all & NeoDC the games made

I got neo4all to run but then it said rom disk or game disk how should the files be. Oh and whats up with the bios format for NeoDC? I couldn't find it . THX for any help I will be back later (after 6pm central )

Both only play neo geo CD games (its a different system from the neo geo).

For NeoDC the bios is a single 512kb file named neocd.bin that must be in the root of the emulator cd
