So I read you can share maps via XBL on this game, what I was wondering is if there's a site where you can download premade maps. I had a quick check around the X-S forums but didn't find much there.

Is this something that people have only done over live or are people sharing their own map ideas online?

when you make a map online, you can then upload it to the live database, its kind of like a folder structure like windows explorer, where maps are sorted by name/type/author and such

afaik the only way for map trading is either xbox live, or by memory card, or you could go old skool and draw a map of your map and put that on forums etc.

Well you said by memory card, right? Couldn't you simply ftp that save to your PC and then upload it online somewhere?

Where did you get the saves from? Friends? People online?

Basically what I'm looking for is a place where people have dumped an assload of TS FP maps that anyone can download. The benefit of this is that it's completely free and legal.

I guess I'll keep looking, but I won't hold my breath... :(

man this game is starting to anoy me

the game itself is great, not the huge leap forward from ts2 i wanted and hoped, but still very very good

the main problem is the online thing, im having insane problems when trying to play with a mate of mine, we cant get in one game 95% of the cases, its driving me nuts

i think EA has a lot of work to do on their servers, i read some forums and it seems that with previous live games it took EA a few weeks to get their servers up and running propperly, i just hope they get their act together fast, im really loving the ability to make and play your own maps online

Yeah i'm hearing EA screwed up the online play again. It's Burnout 3 all over again. Give it a week or two and it should be fine.

well, its 3 am now, and im finally done playing it online, once it got late at night the server quality went up, i gues EA just cant handle the amount of people that want to get on, because once its bedtime, its lag free fraggin all the way

man i love this game

Lunchy, I'm PAL. Do you reckon those saves would work for me on TS FP?

I'll also browse around codejunkies for PAL saves. See what comes up...

Chances are it'll work fine, I've been using many NTSC saves on PAL Xbox games. Worst it can do is not work anyway.
