Holy Crap
I'm getting 600Kilobytes/s downloading stuff on my road runner connection. I used to get between 250-370KB/s. Anyone else with rr experiencing speed increases?

I wish. I'm on dial-up, so I'm experiencing about 1/100th of what you're getting.

[shrug] DSL is fine by me. Sure, stuff "only" downloads around 150Kbps. But it's cheap, that speed is more than adequate for all normal tasks, and besides, it was the only option when we subscribed . We now also have the option of switching to Comcast cable, but (1) we have to finish out our service agreement with the DSL company anyway and (2) I refuse to do business with a company that's actively working to undermine and destroy public television.
