I think you canpatch off the "intended" VGA RGB lines to ptach into RGB on a PSone LCD screen.
Why doesn't HTML work anymore on this damn forum!? God!

If you only want RGB Quality and don't care that the signal is actually Y/Pb/Pr, you can buy a VGA to Component Video transcoder (the Key Digital one is supposedly the best).
