Dreamcast Error

So I painted my dc black and put it all together...It turns on and everything but theres no video. I've retaken it apart and back together 3 tiems and same thing, no video, any help? thx in advance

did you pay attention to what screws went where? i had that problem and fried the mobo hope that's not what happened 2 u.

sh!t so it matters which screws go in which hole? Then why does it power up?

You probably used the long screws to hold the GD-ROM down and ended up screwing it right into the traces for the video. Many people have done this.

If the Power comes on but there is no video -

- I'm not sure about this...
but i had the same problem and the cd didnt spin - therefore no video (or sound)

- this means you may not had put the lid on proply..

- this can be solved by a little button in the top right hand corner of the DC. which enables the cd to spin...

i know personally that it kills it cause i did it with my first dc. i was uber pi$$ed at myslef.
