how do I extract bin files?

I want the plain file from some of the gams here but some have just the binary to download. I downloaded it but how do i extract it to get plain files?

Try WinRar to extract rar files or bin too, i think, and WinAce to extract those annoying ACE files.

some have just the binary to download

the binary is the plain files, you dont extract anything (well you extract that bin from the zip, but you get the idea)...what particularly are you looking for help with as not all binaries are dealt with in the same way (some include the ip.bin, some dont, some need scrammbling, etc.)
