Best place to Purchase DC VMU

Where is the best place to purchase a dreamcast VMU from within Canada? My old one jacked up and I am in serious need of a new one. I could be used or sealed, whatever. What stores though, and what price? I think that brick and mortar stores do not carry them and my best bet is online, but there is so much hassle to deal with that. I especially want to avoid eBay. The best I've seen in B.C. where i live, is $30 a bit steep.You can get one online for $10 american.
