overclocking tutorial

i was over at the benheck.com forums and i noticed this dreamcast overclocking tutorial: http://matttortolani.t35.com/DCOC.htm
it isn't translated very well and i was wondering if anyone knows where a better tutorial can be found?

The only other bet is fiding somebody who can translate Japanese and direct them to the original site. So far, I don't think anybody here has tried it

Whoops, looks like this was already discussed back in July. Although it did say that quamix[sp?] had successfully overclocked his, does anyone have any info on this?
