The Government gives women in the army free boob jobs...wtf this wouldnt anger me so much if the army had money to buy body armor and stuff but since congress had to pass a special spending bill to get that I am out raged. We need a president that can hire a account to go through and cut all the crap like this out of our federal budget

Anybody know any more about this? I mean, people might be upset about "tax dollars going to boob jobs", but on the other hand it does make sense to keep our military doctors in practice.the article wrote:It follows recent news stories about the military offering free plastic surgery, including breast enhancements, to soldiers and their families so military doctors can practice their skills.
Cosmetic surgury seems a strange way to do it, but what else are they gonna do? Remove everyone's tonsils? Livers? Then put them back in?
I'm a lone wolf looking for trouble.

Hey I'd rather my tax money goes to boobs rather than someone's crack.
Besides I love boobs. They're great. We should make everyone have huge boobs. Except really, really ugly women.

According to some other articles, only the surgery is free, the implants themselves are not.
How so? Even if this is true, cosmetic surgery is arguably a legitimate part of treatment for servicemen who have been deformed by injuries on the battlefield.a boob job shouldnt give them any experience with treating gun shot wounds cosmetic surgery is totally different then general surgery.

True (post-mastectomy patients notwithstanding), but:True, but theres a big difference between walking around without a nose, covered in scars, or whatever else to walking around with small boobs.
It's really not costing much extra money at all since the doctors are already on the payroll. It's just something to keep them busy.

So I'm kind of failing to feel a big sense of disapproval.According to some other articles, only the surgery is free, the implants themselves are not.

I wouldn't mind paying for hand-outs. I just wouldn't want to pay for hand-fulls .1LINUXuser wrote:why not? you seem to want your tax $ to goto everyother concievable social program and handouts.N3m3sis wrote:I agree, the two are completely different, and I don't want my tax $ going to silicone breast implants!
