Direct X 9 Problems for XP

Direct X 9 Problems for XP

Everytime I try to install it says something about administrative premission.
This is a single owner non-networked computer. I was wondering what could be done about this? THX

You need to login as administrator and upgrade your user account to have administrator privileges under User Accounts in the Control Panel. If there is only the single account, no idea what to do.
