Isn't there a jumper on your card? On my 9600 theres a NTSC, PAL jumperAnd,support for PAL60 standard...I HATE borders with the TV out!,and it slows 60Hz games by 13% icon_sad.gif

I said PAL60,not NTSC.
It's the PAL standard with 60Hz = better than NTSC
If you display a NTSC signal on a PAL TV,you'll either get a screwed up picture(on old PAL TVs),or get a black&white picture(newer TVs).
Only MultiSystem TVs support NTSC.
I have made it display a NTSC signal through the S-Video TV output,but everything is black&white on a PAL TV :(
So,PAL60 is the only solution of not having borders and running at full 60/60 speed,not 50/60 as it is now.
