its not that sega wouldn't have the money, despite what some people report sega is quite rich.

then i would buy Harley-Davidson...
then i would buy Chevrolet from GM....

I would follow sammys route buy sega , sammy , snk , capcom , konami , namco the rest can go to hell and imagine if sega and capcom

It really depends on how I got that rich in the first place. If I became the richest person alive by making computer hardware with a focus towards gaming and consoles, then sure, partnering with Sega would be a sound business idea. However, if I got my money through something totally unreleated, like founding some famous restaraunt or such, then a large investment in a video game company would obviously not be in my best interests.
