convert to .MOV

i'm really into designing with flash
and i've started doing animation/etc...

flash can import .MOV (quicktime) files... but i have no clips that are .MOV format
but i want to incorporated them in design.

does anyone know of any programs that can turn

.RM || .AVI || .MPG || .WMV

to

.MOV

or any methods of doing this.
pls!.

if you have a .avi you should be able to convert it to .mov with quicktime pro, as well as .mpg .wmv and .rm you will probably need to convert first, and then convert to mov. hope this helps

any programs you suggest?
i used WINAVI .. for the .RM .. and it created a .AVI

BUT* it wasnt readable in quick.time :S

(and i have quick time pro aswell)

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I was under the impression that the newer versions of flash had more support for videos than just mov...

imovie can convert basically any format to quicktime
